Document Preview on custom document link

Hi,

I have a link in SP 13 page , it was got linked to a document in the doc library . on click of the link it should show the document in the preview window. ( like the preview in share point search). I want to call SharePoint search preview functionality on click of the hyperlink.

How can I achieve this ?
