Custom FBA - Login [SharePoint 2013]

Hi Team,

I have a requirement like this

I need to design one custom FBA Login page (User Name, Password & Organization Code)?

Is there any REST APIs or Web Services to check the FBA login using Jquery on SharePoint 2013 site?
