How do I update terms, programmatically?

I have over three thousand terms that I want to update in a SharePoint Online tenant. I would like to update the "Other Labels" field for each term. Is there a way to do this programmatically, rather than having to go into each term to manually perform the update? Is there a way to do this using PowerShell? Or any other way?
