Use Query String URL in Page Title

Hi all,

Is there a way of changing the page title on a page (i.e. underneath the menu, rather than the page title in the browser window) to include a query string URL?

e.g. Title should be something like "Policies and Procedures [Query String URL] View"

As this is only required on this specific page, I would have thought I wouldn't need to edit the master page, but may be wrong.

Any help greatly appreciated!
