Get distinct values of sharepoint list column using caml query

Hi,

I need to get distinct values of SharePoint list column values using CAML Query. I am using javascript for retrieving SharePoint list.
Moreover I am using some where condition also in the CAML Query. so can anybody help me in solving this issue.
