retrieve the value of excel cell which is checked in SharePoint Context (Programmatically)

Hi

In the Excel Worksheet , there are around 25 checkboxes.

This excel sheet is uploaded in SP document library.

I need to get the value of cell which is checked in SharePoint Context (Programmatically).

Is there any possible way to do it through REST or Any other approach?
