How to get the logged in users manager/Supervisor name from Active Directory?

Working on Sharepoint Designer workflow, workflow should send email to manager-supervisor based on logged in user.How to fetch ?
Am trying with HTTPwebservice but not getting the eaxct result.
What we can do?
