I have a bit of a head scratcher that I don't really know how to approach!
I have a list that has about 40 rows of information. In one of the columns, I have associates' names, (for this instance, let's say 5 people) which differs per row. These names are linked to the Lync/Outlook backend so that the little green/yellow/red status
indicators work.
What I would like to do is have a button next to their names that, when pressed, would send a Meeting Request to all 5 people though Outlook in one shot. The person pressing the button would just have to fill in the usual details (time, day, etc)....and hit
the send button. I realize this may be easier though a SharePoint calendar, but the way or organization is set up, it really has to be though the Outlook calender.
Any suggestions would be very greatly appreciated.
