'Claims' and Most of the namespace does not exist in SharePoint 2013 with Visual Studio 2012.

Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.Claims 

The type or namespace name 'Claims' does not exist in the namespace 'Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration' (are you missing an assembly reference?)

Can anyone of please let me know how to solve this issue

Environment: SharePoint 2013 ,  Visual Studio 2012.
