Get columns of list visible for users

Hi Guys!

I'm developing a small SharePoint-Client which should output all the columns of a list visible for the user (I mean the ones which you can see when clicking on ListSettings). How do I do that? I already googled but I couldn't find a solutions which returns me exactly what I see when clicking on ListSettings.
