Hiding About Me in Chrome

Greetz!

I'm able to hide the About Me link in the dropdown menu under the Username with the following code:

setTimeout($("#ID_AboutMe").css("visibility","hidden"),1000)

but this isn't working in Chrome 41.0.2272101 m

I actually added the setTimeout to see if that would help (this is all inside by document.ready function) but no luck.

Anyway of getting this to work in Chrome?
