Hello all,
we have the requirement in our organization that a user/group must be alerted/notified after a permission to another user/group has been assigned. To make it a bit more clear:
1. User1 adds User2 to group "Members" in 12.2013
2. After a year in 12.2014 User1 must be alerted and check if User2 should remain in group "Members".
3. User1 decided whether or not to drop User2 from the Group and if User2 remains in the group, the process goes again to stage 2 for a loop.
The process clearly is a Workflow. Is it possible to create such a Workflow through Workflow Manager and SharePoint Designer or the implementation of programming is inevitable? Is there the possibility to query the Monitoring Reports of the Site Collection
to create such a logic?
Any ideas or suggestion is welcome!
