This has probably been asked for previously, which if so I apologies but i couldn't find any reference to my particular question.
To the point, i'm an established MCSA, MCSE in various server infrastructure private cloud etc, however i've had an interest from clients in regards to sharepoint, but obviously have little in experience of coding, i've touched on XML, HTML & PHP, but by no means an expert and definitely a novice.
I'm keen to branch out into sharepoint 2013 and have the support from my employer who is booking me on various courses for June/July, but i would obviously like to be ready for the courses, to best understand then and sit the exam following the course.
My Question:
What books can I read which will bring me up to speed for coding/developing that will assist me with Sharepoint, from beginner to advanced?
Any advice and input will be greatly received.
