How to render RecurrenceData using XSLT / Javascript / SharePoint Designer or How to convert RecurrenceData to string (SP 2013)

How to render RecurrenceData field of calendar event using XSLT / Javascript / SharePoint Designer or How to convert RecurrenceData to string (SP 2013), and using the local culture.

Actually I'm looking for the component that does the same thing as in the DEFAULT Display List Form, only that I'm using Custom Display List Form that does't have default rendering of RecurrenceData
