Internet explored window not close after Office 365 authentication

Hi,

I was trying to connect my office 365 to create the app, on Visual Studio 2013 Update 4, After Sign-In assistant window, I am not able to close this window.

Subsequently,status bar shows "Deploy started" but not able to deploy.

Any one can tell me what settings need to be done on IE.?

Earlier,many times I develop app on my local and  on office 365.Once the validation done this popup will close itself.

But not now.
