Error occurred in deployment step 'Activate Features'

Hi,

i faced this error when i try do deploy a solution that contain one feature that contain one visual web part from visual studio 2013:

Error occurred in deployment step 'Activate Features': Feature with Id 'a0f658c6-37a8-445e-baac-b4ec5291c4f5' is not installed in this farm, and cannot be added to this scope.

the scope of the feature is site.

i set the "activation on default" to false but the same error occur

the target framework is .net framework 4.5

please help me
