HTTP 500 Error with custom pages

Hi All,

I am getting HTTP 500 error on some of my pages in sharepoint. Also there is no any event logs in event viewerof server. this error remains there for few minutes and after that every this runs smoothly. Pages starts getting displayed. These steps keeps on repeating.
Please let me what will be the possible lookaround for this behavior.
