How to display content from Quick Launch in SharePoint 2013 web part?

Hi all,

I am creating a web part with Farm Solution in SharePoint 2013 where the requirement is to display contents from Quick Launch.

so will have to get contents from Quick Launch.

How should I achieve this in SharePoint 2013 for visual web parts?
