Insert a fixed webpart into my layout

Hello,

i'm trying to reference a webpart in my layout, i can't find the tag or the directive that makes this possible, all i have is 

"<WebPartPages:WebPartZone>" , there is no attribute to define the guid or name of my webpart or to tell sharepoint that i want that particular webpart in this zone
