“New Item” not appear in External list

Hi all

I am unable to see “New item” link in external list  All item view. The external list connected from MS SQL Server table

But I am able to see “New item” button in Ribbon menu.

My question is why the link is not appear All item list view.

Suppose the External list has association, the “New Item” is appear All items view. I have attached the screen shot of External list with association.

Suppose the External list has only CRUD operation, “New Item” not appear

Please help me .
