Has anyone ever seen this in Design Manager.
I've seen it a couple of times now, in OnPrem and Office 365/SP Online.
I've no idea what or why though - the screen shot is a brand new site collection on my dev box.
It's displaying the list view of the master page gallery, but all files and folders and no title/name.
