Developing provider hosted apps without Napa tool.

Please help with your input on this: 

Have office 365 E3 a/c.

Want to create provider hosted apps but don’t want to use NAPA tool rather want to use visual studio 2012.

Is this possible to create provider hosted apps without NAPA in office 365?
