What is web analytic feature? How can I add this feature in my sharepoint 2013 custom web template and how to activate it?

I need to add web analytic feature in SharePoint 2013 custom web template and activate it. what is web analytic feature? how can I achieve it. I read in one blog that this feature is not available in SharePoint 2013 (it used to be in sharepoint 2010).
