I have a requirement to provision My Site, for every user on our O365 subscription. I created a console app, which uses the Microsoft.Online.SharePoint.Client.Tenant, and the SharePoint CSOM assemblies, I managed to provision the My Site site for each user, but i have another requirement, provision the My Site Blog site for each user as well. Is it possible? because when i try to access to a My Site (which is not mine, I'm Global administrator, and also the one that created the subscription, so i have the top permissions), it gives me Unauthorized exception, I'm not even trying to update anything, just when i try to retrieve a list or a document library, i get this exception.
Is there a way to provision the My Site Blog, with the Tenant Administrator account privileges?
