Hello,
I've developed a little webpart to list all image galleries in my site showing a thumbnail of the first picture in the library and it's name.
I'd like to make this webpart look and feel just like the Tile View of the Promoted Link app (showing a image as the tile background with a roll over effect to display information about that item)
I've looked some OTB solution but couldn't find anything, just some JS plugins that didn't give me the expected result.
Is there a way to create the same look/feel on custom code without using the OTB Promoted Links App?
