Custom Access Denied page SP2013

Hi

I readed this post, and I want to ask: is any optoin to change the message in the AccessDenied.aspx

I thinking to create HTTP Handler, but this not so good solution, and the second option is realy hard form me.

Does anyone have any ideas?
