Dynamic link title and URLs in sharepoint page layout

I have created my custom page layout.

And my page layout is composed of links and sublinks see image below

What I want to do is to make this dynamic by using lookup to a sharepoint list. something like this

Now if I add a new model for the Ferrari, then a new sub menu will be available in my design.

Or if I add a new Car (title) lets say Kia, then a new Kia will be available in the menu in my design.

How can I achieve  this?
