When I go into the UI I can see this site column in the site settings -> site columns screen
Now when I do a list of all the Fields assosiated with the web using CSOM I get a list of 600+ site columns... but this particular site column is not listed.
I want a way by which I can attach this particular site column to my existing content type by using CSOM.
