Access SharePoint site through internet.

Hi there,

I have an idea and I just want to know if it is possible, can I create a website on Azure and then use it as an AAM to access our SharePoint Site from the internet?

And if that is not possible what will be the best scenario to make my SharePoint site accessible from the internet.
