force infopath use newest template

I have InfoPath form with dropdown value (value1,value2). I published the form and fill out first form called form1. I modified the InfoPath from value to (value3,value4). I published the InfoPath from. I fill out second form called form2 that show dropdown value (Value3,Value4). I know go back to form1 and the dropdown still show value(Value1,Value2). Can I force form1 to use the newest template so dropdown will be (Value3,Value4)
