Dear All,
We have a Media Library wherein we upload .wmv files and a .smi file which displays captions i.e. subtitles for the respective .wmv file.
When the videos are played in the browser the subtitles are displayed perfectly in a machine with - Windows Vista + IE.
But if tried to play the same video in a machine with - Windows 7 + IE the subtitles are not working.
Really not sure what is wrong :(
Kindly suggest on this.
