Hello, We work with SharePoint 2013.

I created a html, uploaded it following instruciton found here, http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj822370%28v=office.15%29.aspx.  At the end, the "Edit Master Page" shows up my new master file with Warning and Errors.  I clicked on it but then i would get the following.   How can I go by fixing this? 

I tried opening the html file (it now has a matching master file) using either Notepad++ or VS2012 both would complain that the file doesn't exist.  I right click on the file to opn and it stays it's not here.  I can't even attach a copy to upload here.

Please advise how to fix this.  Thank you.
