BlobCache in Sharepoint 2013 Foundation.

Hello Guys,

I needs to enable blob cache settings on my sharepoint foundation 2013 edition.  I am referring the following link to enable blob cache (http://blogs.msdn.com/b/spses/archive/2012/08/29/blob-cache-in-sharepoint.aspx). I am not able to set up blob cache in Sharepoint 2013 Foundation edition. I have tried same steps with Sharepoint Server 2013 edition & it works.

Does it mean that BlobCache is not provided in sharepoint foundation 2013 & its available in another higher editions ?

Please reply if you have any idea.

Is there any alternate solution to the BlobCache in sharepoint foundation 2013 ?
