Site Pages and Respective Document Folder

Hello,

I've created a site page for each department. I also created a document webpart where I've added subfolders. Here's an example of the folder structure:

Departments
  Accounting
  Finance
  Purchasing

This is what I am trying to accomplish: When a user goes to their respective department site page, I want them to see only their department document folder. They shouldn't see other department document folder if they are on their department site page.

If I add in the document webpart on the site page, it displays like the structure above. I also tried to just pull the "Accounting" link of the folder and inserting it on the their page, but it displays a "Accounting" link.

If there is anyone out there in SP land who understands what I am trying to accomplish, please tell me how to go about doing this. I do not want to create separate document webparts for each department because I will have to keep up with loading docs in multiple places.... each department document webpart and the document webpart.

ANYONE? ANYONE? ANYONE?
