RunWithElevatedPrivileges and Sharepoint App

This could be very strange question but I am confused.

I know that Sharepoint App does not require full trust code. But still wanted to know.

Can we use RunWithElevatedPrivileges in Sharepoint App in, scenario like if we included .cs file and have used server objects over there? Consider it is Sharepoint hosted app.
