SharePoint: Hyperlink Switchboard linked to HTML

Website button --> SharePoint list item --> Correct hyperlink

I need to make hyperlinks in a HTML page direct to SharePoint and then to the specified hyper-link.

This is so that weblinks can be updated from SharePoint without editing the code.

SharePoint needs to act as a kind of hyper-link switchboard.

Any help on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.
