Navigation - FriendlyUrl : Term Not Found

Adding item in the CustomProperties or LocalCustomProperties from the FriendlyUrl NavigationTermSet sounds buggy.

An exception occured with the following message: Term Not Found.

When I'm connected with the Administrator or the Manager of the TermStore, I'm able to get the Term associated to the FriendlyUrl.

I created a new account  as part of Members group of the Site, even this account, the same exception occurs. So, for the public web site with Anonymous access, it's the same errors.

Does someone knows if there is a trick to be done or steps to be checked ?

I checked the TaxonomyHiddenList, there is nothing inside.
