Create Document Set Programatically with Server Object Model in Sharepoint 2013

Hello,

In 2010, it was possible to create Document Sets in a Sharepoint document library, however I couldn't find any way to create in 2013.

CSOM provides methods to do that but is there a way to do on the server side?
