SharePoint Visual Studio Assembly that Deploys SharePoint Projects from Visual Studio

Hi,

Visual Studio's deployment of SharePoint projects is fairly robust and full featured.  I would like to leverage this from the command line in my own deployment.  Which Visual Studio assembly is responsible for the deployment of SharePoint (2013) projects from Visual Studio?
