Can we allow user to work on shared excel file simultaneously by Excel Services setting in SharePoint 2013?

Hi,

Can we allow multiple users to work on shared excel file simultaneously at the same time.  We are using excel services and need to edit Excel file which is in SharePoint 2013 Document Library. 

We are currently unable to have two users collaborate on the same file at the same time.
