Deploy Custom Theme In SharePoint 2013 as a Feature

Hi Guys,

I have created Custom Theme Files i.e. PaletteColor40.spColor and fontscheme009.spfont for SharePoint 2013. Now two questions as below:

-How can we change SiteLogo in Theme, like default theme has different Site logo color so how can we change for our custom theme. I saw there is no property in Composed Look entry.

-How can we deploy the feature so Custom theme can come in ChangeLook option for every site collection where feature is enabled.

-How can we apply Custom CSS in Custom theme as somewhere in .SPFONT or .SPColor files or else..

Please suggest.
